Hairstyles On The Go.

We all have those mornings where we’re running late because we stayed out late with friends the night before or cramming for that chem final you had the next morning. I’ve been that girl walking in late for class and to make matters worse that girl whos looked like absolute crap.  BUT, face it, we don’t want to be that girl everyone in class is looking at thinking “what the hell happened to you“. This summer I’ve came across my “go to” hairstyles when I’m in a rush that takes minutes to do!

image   I know almost everyone can do a simple braid, right? Well I try to make mine a little different by adding a few curls throughout, nothing specific. Also, add curls to the pieces you leave hanging out of your braid. When my hair is a hot mess, especially if it’s oily from not washing, I always tease it! I feel like it takes away some of that oily look as well as gives it volume and what kinda girl doesn’t love that?! I usually pull on my braid a little to give it a somewhat messy look, I can’t stand for hair to look perfect.

image This braid took me literally forever to learn. I found a very easy tutorial by Lauren Conrad on Pinterest, once I watched that and finally learned it I felt stupid for never catching on before!

This one may take you more than a few minutes to do but once you get the hang of it you’ll fly right through it! I also like to curl random pieces and pull on it a bit, just to spice it up!

imageSo I’ve only did this one twice but I love it so far especially because you can have different styles of headbands to dress up a plain tee or whatever. It’s simple! You first place the headband where you prefer then just start bunching your hair towards the back. I kind of wrapped mine around the headband then secured it with bobby pins.

Remember these 3 simple hairstyles next time you’re in a rush!
