Get Fit

I’m not one who always wants to get out into the cold and go to the gym so I’m always looking up new workout videos to try. I always look for ones that are simple but really make me feel like I’m getting somewhere.

Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout- Level 1

This one really works all areas of your body even though its mainly for abs. You are constantly in motion which I love. It also has a beginner version and advance version all in the same video. She shows you how to do every workout with weights or no weights. It is a 35 minutes or so video that you can do in your own apt/house. Definitely worth trying.

Victoria’s Secret Model Workout: 10-Minute Fat-Blasting Circuit

 This workout really works your legs and butt. I did it yesterday and I’m SO sore today. I’ve talked about this workout video before awhile back and I just recently started doing it again. I love it! It’s super simple like the first video but intense. The first time I tried it I couldn’t even make it through the whole 10 minutes, embarrassing I know!

  1. I love the sugar pop fitness workouts on youtube, totally free, a whole range of different styles and intensities and best of all, free! I did a Jillian Michaels intense yoga workout and my god did I hurt the next day!
