Flawless Face

Hi Beauties! I’ve been so excited to be trying different brands of makeup lately. Anyone who follows my blog knows I’ve already talked about all the different brands and types of makeup I use and love. This post I wanted to suggest a foundation that will work for a different people other than just my self!

Maybelline Pure BB Cream

First off, as you can see on the label this is an acne treatment foundation. When I seen that I didn’t really think it would help that much considering makeup usually is the cause of many breakouts! While using this makeup for four days I made sure I didn’t change my skincare routine at all so I could really see if this makeup could really work as an acne treatment. With that being said I was absolutely shocked! One afternoon my boyfriend even said “your skin looks awesome”. Girls, you know if your boyfriend notices something like that it’s working. I’ve never had an acne problem but I have these annoying bumps on my face that are the same color as my skin. I HATE THEM. This makeup completely took those away.

Second, this is not a full coverage foundation. I’m personally someone who likes to have full coverage and have a look to where people know I’m wearing makeup. This foundation does not do that. For anyone who still wants a natural look but also wants to cover up some blemishes this foundation is definitely something you should try. It goes on smooth and a little goes a long way.

Overall I would definitely recommend this foundation. Let me know how it works for you!

  1. Thank you so much for this review! I’ve been wanting a natural bb cream for so long but I’m still doubting between this one and the garnier one (Garnier BB cream for oily skin). Have you tried that one before?

    • You’re welcome! I haven’t tried the Garnier BB Cream but would love to! If you end up trying that one instead let me know how it works!

      • I will definetely let you know! I think I might end up with both of them in my collection so I can compare them, I’ll let you know how that turns out ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. Do you know if they make an ultra pale? Ivorys are usually too dark, to the point where i have to buy asian brands or mix in white cream makeup (like for halloween or theaters) just to get my skin tone. so i have a hard time finding foundations or bb creams.
